| Our secure online shopping cart accepts payments
by Visa or MasterCard and by personal check or money
order.
Most often, online orders with accompanying payment are
shipped the day after they are received. If an order reaches
us before noon (EST) it can sometimes be shipped the same day.
With the exception of pattern orders, all of our items are
shipped with a Delivery Confirmation number from the United
States Postal Service.
The DC number will be emailed to you when the label is
printed and the package will be in the hands of the USPS by
4:30 PM EST the same day. By our contractual agreement with
Stamps.com, packages
must be mailed the date for which the label is printed. You
will be notified by email of any unexpected delays regarding
the processing and shipment of your order.
If you are mailing in your payment by personal check or money
order, items may be held for shipping until the payment is
cleared.
Your Visa or MasterCard information may also be given to us
over the telephone at 412-487-7411.
Our primary carrier is the USPS although other carriers may be
available. Please contact us in advance if you require special
delivery.
Please allow up to 10 business days for First Class Mail, up
to 5 business days for Priority Mail and up to 21 business
days for orders shipped by Parcel Post. Delivery time
estimates can be somewhat extended over weekends and during
the winter holiday season.

To our international customers: Sorry, for the time being
our cart and membership is open only to residents of the
United States. If you live outside the U.S. and would
like to place an order, please contact us.
